Busy!
Hey just a quick note to say sorry for the lack of updates. Parents were in town this weekend and I've had some other projects in the works as well. It is hard to eat good when you go out every meal with family for 3 days straight!! I promise I'll get back to my running tonight when I get home from work and will give an up to date report on how things go and what I've been up to. Stay tuned!

Anyways, My name is Spencer and I live down here in St. Thomas. I grew up in the St. Louis, MO area. Went to Parkway North High School and then Mizzou. Last year was my first 8 tuff miles race. I only trained for a few months before the race last year but finished pretty well (60th overall- 1:15:23) I've also been a little lazy this past few months but I'm hitting hard now. I just finished a 5.5 mile run out here on Peterborg point that has hills just like the 8 tuff course...
